La flotille de Steffen
Hallo,
so sind hier einige meiner Builds (nur das Schiff Kategorie): From High to Low: HMS Alert from Shipyard ( Complete Lasercut Papermodel 1:72), Amati/Hachette Black Pearl Partwork, Artesania Latina Mayflower, DeAgostini/Modelspace San Felipe Partwork (started few Days ago), Buoy Tender Bruno Illing, USS Ticonderoga and German Cannonboat SMS Panther ( all 3 are classic Cutout Papermodel in 1:250 made by HMV, last one is the Helicopter Hangar of Ticonderoga.
I'm sorry if this is not the right place to post these pics. But I don't speak french and google translate is very bad in translating french to german or english.

Bonjour Steffen
Beaucoup de modèles entrepris , et je vois aussi d'autres projets auto , avions etc ..
La dernière photo semble présenter un modèle en "card" , ce plastique beaucoup utilisé en modélisme scratch automobile il me semble ?
Many scalemodels on the road Steffen ! I see also some auto and airplanes projects ( boxes in background )
Last pic seams like a model build with plastic cards , isn't it ?

Yes, the first Ship is a Full Lasercut Papermodel from here:
(Shipyard)
The last Pictures are also made of Paper/Card, but in the classic way to Cut Out. They are made by HMV ([Vous devez être inscrit et connecté pour voir ce lien]), one of the best german Cardmodelships producer.
And yes, my primary modeling area is plastic in any category. But these pics only show a little bit of my Stock . Also got some other Wood Kits in basement. CC Victory, CC Convulsion, CC Snake, Mantua Gorch Foch, Mantua Victory ( the first Edition with Saw Out Parts), Occre Montanes, Occre San Ildefonso, Carta Augusto/ Frali Swiss Royal Sovereign and DeAgostini Akagi, Sovereign of the Seas and Victory Partwork Series.
And i also think about to buy the Chinese ZHL San Felipe.

Oh, I'm sure no dealer. I have a Hobby Room and storing plastickits in shelfs is the best way for me to handle them. The Kits have been collected over years. I know by myself, that in my lifetime i'm not able to build all those kits. But it's good to know to have them . I'm also in some other Forums, in some german since over ten years, and there are many people with hundreds of kits.
But collecting Kits is often more in plastic Kits rather then in Wood Kits. Only because of the space.
I'm a little bit surprised that i'm giving the impression that i might be a dealer who wants to make advertise. I would not.

Alain,
Pas d'effacement en vue!! Steffen fait collection de kits plastiques. J'ai connu des "maquettistes" qui faisaient pareil et ne montaient jamais aucun kit. Certains étaient encore sous emballage et valaient des fortunes.
Steffen,
Sure, it's a big stock! How many? Just a question, i see 1/32° planes, tanks, cars, truck (maybe ?), are you living in a castle ?

Re: La flotille de Steffen
I got about 500-600 plastic Kits. As i wrote above, in plastic this is normal . In another Forum there are people who have more than 1000kits in storage. Mine are collected over years and stored in basement and in my hobby room.
What surprisese me is that I'm a menber in about ~5 Modelling Boards. Ok, mostly of them in plastic, but noone ever told me, that i might be a dealer who's making advertising. By the way it doesn't make any sense to make advertise for a plastic kit store in germany on a (mostly) Woodshipmodels Forum in France.

Re: La flotille de Steffen
The Mayflower we can see on the third pic is a classical wooden ship model, isn't it?
The Google translator? Forget it! What a pity! Let me give you an example, just for the fun. Sometimes ago, I tried to translate a French sentence into Latin. That's Great! When a word is not recorded in the data bank, it is replaced with the English word.

Yes, the Mayflower is a classic Woodkit by Artesania Latina. Bought it cheap at Ebay. Quality is ok, but manual is very bad.
